We use high-quality stainless steel rods that exhibit chemical, physical & metallurgical properties strictly within specifications. We have a clearly defined and strictly implemented protocol for incoming raw material & testing procedures that ensures this.

We take special care to ensure high surface hardness. This is a very important factor because higher the hardness, lesser would be the scratches on the Pin surface.

For the Bars, we use German vacuum Heat treatment services. We have incorporated special test procedures like the Bend test after heat treatment. Bend tests ensures that the Bars have retained enough toughness, so they do not develop fatigue fractures during prolonged use or when exposed to accidents during operations.

These Bars exhibit almost minimal wear after years of usage. The first set we supplied is still running on machine, as good as new.

The Riveting equipment is specially designed to give an interference fit. This results in stable pins that do not loosen over the years of use.
